THE DASH 8 PANEL FOR FS2002

INCLUDES Panel and Gauges

Version 1

By Tom Dennis 11/08/01

Instructions: NOTE: Uses mainly default gauges!

1) Extract included gauges to your main FS2002 gauge folder. If asked to overwrite click yes.

2) Extract the bmp and panel .cfg to your panel folder inside your DASH 8 or other twin turbo prop Aircraft Folder.

3) Enjoy a fully lit night panel as well as a very easy to use panel without a lot of "shift+2" or "shift+3" keyboard commands to bring up additional screens/panels.

NOTE: New additions include the FS2002 Toggles and Default 747-400 Clock and readable frequency settings. Also size and placements of many gauges. Resize of the default view also.
NOTE: ALWAYS BACK-UP THE FILES YOU OVERWRITE!!!!

Acknowledgements:

I used cfgedit as much as I could since it is not compatable with FS2002 yet.
The guages were found at SurClaro and were declared freeware.
I would like to thank the maker of the bmp I used but I don't know who made it. Thanks anyways.

Disclaimer :

I hereby declare this panel re-work as freeware as free to use by all. Never should this file be uploaded to any pay to enter sites or should anyone charge for this panel. This is my first re-work of a control panel so I will not be held responsible for any and all damage this file may do to your PC. However, I have never experienced any problems with this panel. It has been tested on an HP 6735 192 RAM 32MB Hercules 3D Prophet Series MX Video Card and has performed great.

If a guage does not appear for some reason I will try and troubleshoot the problem via e-mail. As always back-up any files you wish to overwrite.
